If this message appears, it means that you have not closed the Capital Gold Payroll correctly and you will not be able to log in. To clear the operator locks, select OK to the message and complete the steps below:
- At the Capital Gold Payroll Login screen enter the word “password” in the password box.
- Select Operator/Groups – Clear Operator Locks
- OK the message that confirms Operator Locks cleared.
- Select File – Use Capital Gold Payroll.
- Enter your system password or leave blank if no password is set up to continue using Capital Gold Payroll.
