From time to time the Woodford Support Team might request you to send us the error log from Opera II for a specific error that you encountered. The procedure below tells you how to do this.
On the SAME machine which you experienced the error log into Opera II as ADMIN user.
Go into System > Utilities > View Error Files.
Double click on the relevant error to open the log.
Click the print icon in the toolbar.
Publish the report/log to email and send it to support@woodford-it.co.uk. If you have been given a log number for the issue please include this in the subject of the email.
