How to change a users password

On the server load the Active Directory Users And Computers option from the Administrative Tools. On the left-hand side locate the section containing the users - for SBS servers this is normally under My Business \ SBS Users and for other servers this is normally under Users.

Locate the individual in the list on the right-hand side. Right-click the user and choose the Reset Password option. You will need to enter the new password in both text boxes.
