You will encounter this problem when the security settings have not been set to accommodate XRL. Please ensure that you have the following settings in Excel as below.
You can get to these settings from Tools – Macro – Security
Security Level = Medium
Trusted Publishers:
Trust all installed add-ins and templates = ON
Trust access to Visual Basic Project = ON
